I have not been with Facecard for long. But it is a pre-paid debit card you can get direct deposit through. I had a debit card but my dog got to my wallet and chewed up a strip on the card so I had to order a new one. Com Ed sent me a letter in the mail stating that they were charging me a second deposit for service. have had this service for over a year, it has never been turned off. I received a charge for $14.95 on my Verizon phone bill from ESBI for 1Email a Day service, a service that I never authorized. I contacted ESBI about this charge via email and their reply stated that the charge was for One Email A Day and that they preferred to address their own customer service and that my inquiry had been forwarded to One Email a Day by ESBI.
