Richard Mellon was hired to inspect a home we had made an offer on. He was at the home for 6 hours. Only found minor issues with home other than the obvious that we had already negotiated. After purchasing the home and while we were running cable for the house we found damage in a bath and also the kitchen that the home inspector did not report. American Home Shield sent these people to my home to fix my air. We were charged $200. for a permit that is mandatory and come to find out they never pulled the necessary permit to work on my ac unit which is illegal. They charge me $125. for disposal. Cheri is very rude and her manager is a weasel would not even talk to me about the permit, just kept telling me it would be faxed to me... well it has been 6 days and still no permit. MyRewarder took $72.96 from my debit account for software working at home with Google. The website said it was free all I had to pay was the $1.97 shipping and handling. The service is horrible. The owner of the company is Martha Yungk. We met with her directly, and she made it seem that there was a whole team of professionals in her office working on issues. In reality, she is only one that works on taxes. The other people in the office are just secretaries and filing clerks. There were some errors on our taxes and we hired her to correct them.
