I purchased a Blackberry in February, 2009 and proceeded to send in my old ATT Tilt cell phone in to Market Velocity for Blackberry's Trade-up Program. I am dissapointed with the Whirlpool prodects we have. We moved into a new home 4 years ago. The home had brand new Whirlpool appliances - double oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Purchase this mattress on 11/13/2008 and now have an impression that makes you feel like you have to roll up a hill when trying to turn over. They informed me that the test showed the mattress to be within spec. This is the test, they stretch a string across the bed from the left to right side and measure the distance from the mattress to the string. I bought this recliner 3 mo ago.@ Sams Club wholesale. It was the only one left, which was a floor sample. But comes with the same warrenty as a new one. I also received a call from a Danny Mitchell who claimed to be dispersing the monies from the $72 Million housing relieve fund. I sent him my $385 for the grant writing fee and have not heard any more either. Their number has now states it is not a working number. I contacted the attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Washington D.C. and did report this scam. I contacted my bank who reports that my monies went to an overseas bank. Reported roof leak in late January. It's been leaking gallons of water into my living room each time it rains and the problem remains unfixed and I'm stuck in a lease with these people. Don't move here! It's higher priced and you think it's nice until you have a roof that's leaking then you get a lot of lip service with little results...It's the end of April and it still is leaking...but they are "working on it". About time the Government stepped in on these credit card company thieves. I paid off a Target credit card (89.00) and closed the account last year. A month after the payoff they sent me a $39.00 late fee saying the payment came one day late. The due date was on a Sunday and they cashed it on Monday.
