This hotel billed my credit card for 3 nights instead of two. I have emailed them and faxed them on several occasions and received no response at all. I have also emailed the Malaysian Hotels Association and the Malaysian Consumers Association and received no reply from either of them. This company will not honor the 2 year warranty on my TSW wheels. I have had the wheels for 8 months and they have started to pit. The warranty is supposed to cover finish. He is an internal Medicine doctor who diagnosed a patient with Bipolar incorrectly and cause the patient to be handcuffed by Frisco Police and taken to Green Oaks Psychiatric Hospital for four days where she almost lost her life due the poor care there. She was not Bipolar but suffered being given Haldol and Seroquel which was not the correct treatment plan. For the last two weeks the air condition is not working in the lobby. I have spoken to three managers so far and all they can say is that the office know's about it. SO DO SOMETHING !!! In order to get the information the consumer needed to give a charge card, but the consumer was able to cancel any time up to thirty days and the "clock" did not start until after receiving the material.
