I had dental work done on February 18, 2009. The claims were mailed. Today is April 27, 2009 and I still have not been reimbursted. I purchased a Franklin Recliner Sofa from Gardner-White Furniture which came with a manufacturing defect seam in the middle cushion as well as a tear in the top cushion. Because I did not notice these items within 48 hours of delivery Gardner-White refuses to replace them or fix them under warranty so lucky me I get to pay full price for bargain basement furniture. I am Active Duty Army...I went on leave and signed a contract with Reno Mazda Kia to purchase a vehicle. When I drove off the lot I was assured that everything was fine. My laptop quit working and I could not used my air card. I tried to get at&t to change out my aircard so I could used it on another computer. I needed an aircard that plugged into a USB port instead of the normal way the cards plug in. My card was not faulty it was fine but my new computer only has a USB Port. In 2004 my wife and I purchased a twenty five year commitment with the KIVC - Cancun. We were sold on the ease of renting the weeks that we were not going to use. After returning to the states we contacted one of the resellers that was provided to us by the Krystal sales reps.
