Hibler heating and air conditioning installed a new Tempstar air conditioner May 2004. It has never cooled my house. Three months after installation I call them and told them it was not cooling. They came and said the unit needed cleaning and wanted to charge me. They put free-on in it and it was call for a few weeks. On September 25, 2005, I ordered a roll top desk from Furniture Capital, Inc. (furniturecapital.com), based in High Point, NC. According to the confirmation letter, delivery would take between 5 and 8 weeks. On November 28, I contacted customer service to advise I had not yet received the item. Eddie Salas claiming he has a contractors liscense did an absolute horrible job in one of our units. He does not know a thing about tile work painting and other jobs related to that matter. Paints the entire unit but dirties up the place and then has to paint all over again. I ordered two items from this site on the same day. One of the items ordered was not what I wanted (my mistake) so I called customer service to cancel that order. I was told that the order had been canceled and that I would be credited the amount of the order. I asked for a cancellation number but was told that their system didn't supply a cancellation number and was assured that the order was indeed canceled. Bissell. When they say, “We mean clean”, they mean cleaning out your pockets! I purchased a Bissell upright Proheat Turbo Deep Cleaner within the last year. I went into Jo Ann Fabrics today 4/27/09 @3:30 p.m. in Scottsbluff Nebraska. I had my two daughters with me. They are 2 and 6 years of age. They have you sign on the dotted line, agree to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time, then swipe the credit card. I had my sister bombard me with phone calls, luncheons, 3 way conference calls with people I didn't even know about the Ambit Energy "opportunity". First of all I would like to say that this is not my first bad experience with this company. Waiting over 30 to 45 minutes on hold with operators who do not speak good English is the norm. I have had a General Motors Mastercard for about 20 years. My interest rates have been average, and I have never defaulted on the card. Indeed I usually pay MORE than the minimum balance, paying in full when I can. Two months ago the company unilaterally cut my credit line in half. I didn't complain. However, this month the company increased the interest rate on the card to 30.99 percent! This is outrageous! In December of 2008, I had cheese samples while walking through the store. I also purchased a couple items from the store that I had for lunch. Within an hour I was sick and later in the evening I became violently ill. In the middle of the night I ended up unconscious on the bathroom floor and was taken to the emergency room in an ambulance. We purchased this very expensive $4, 500.00 Sony projection TV in May 2006.
