Although I am not the first to post an MBNA claim, I feel there is strength in numbers. I have had an ongoing battle over MBNA's fishy practice of moving their due dates. On April Fool's Day, appropriately enough, I received three packages of things I did not order, from Vital Fusion, Advanced Acai and Xanithin 3. I have been seeing charges from USBI, Total Enhanced Services and ILD on my ATT telephone bills for months and months. I paid off an account with Equity One after they put a lien against me in the Circuit Court of Newport News. The account was paid in full and lien released on 3/10/2005 however, Equity One never sent the court a notice that I satisfied this account. Bought a car from JD Buyrider. The car broke down about every 3 or 4 months and I could not afford repairs so they had me bring it to a specific mechanic and then added repair costs to my loan. After paying off the amount of the loan I checked on the balance and still owed more than the original loan was for. I could not keep it up so allowed them to repo the car. I order the Acai Berry Diet and now I am being charged on my bank debit/credit card unusual amounts all the time. I am going to have to cancel my card and get another one. This is ridiculous. DON'T RENT FROM APARTMENTS MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! This company is not paying out security deposits to tenants that are legally owed. They did not send any communication to us that they would not be able to pay us our deposit, we had to call and ask where our payment was since they are now 2 weeks beyond the state mandated time frame to return security deposits. I took my wedding ring, engagement ring, and anniversary band into the Marks and Morgan at Chesterfield Towne Center on April 10, 2009.
