I enrolled at National American University in a 4 year Bachelor Degree program as a Paralegal. My first semester I had no problems at all and enjoyed the classes and teachers. The double speak and off color, slight of hand by MetroPCS about their supposed Family Plan, is so out there I finally had to have a knowledgable rep explain it to me. Most of their factory store reps don't even understand it and can not explain it. When something is that complex then it is no wonder people are running away from it. I allege that this company is violating the provisions of the federal Telemarketing Consumer Protection Act. The company is using bobocalls to solicit purchase of health insurance products on telephone numbers properly registered with the federal do not call list. On 3/2/09 our office rec a call @ 3:23 a.m. asking if we could provide snow removeal service for them on over 14 properties of Exxon Mobile gas station sites. I took my 2000 corvette in to have a recall repaired for a steering column lock notice that was displayed on my Drivers Information Center. I had received the recall notice earlier and had to have the car hauled to the Rooster Bush Chevrolet dealership. They kept the car for three weeks waiting on the parts. I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY. USA 3000 Airline is taking advantage of the swine flu outbreak in Mexico to price gouge their customers. I had a flight to Cancun that I just wanted to change to Florida and they want to charge me a penalty of $125 per person each way which comes to a $1000 penalty just to redirect. The unfair cancellation fee is more than the ticket price which was $99 each way to Cancun. I can understand if they charged a slight fee to redirect a flight but they are being totally unfair to the American public in a time of crisis. I was groped by a man working INTHE JEWEL STORE but for TCF bank. He followed me around the store rubbing up against my back at one point, then i caught him trying to take a picture up my skirt with a camera phone. They get their payments every month, and have been calling me at least 7 times a day. Random numbers but same company, wanting more money then what they are getting paid.
