On 1/24/2009, I ordered a trial size supply of Acai Berry Edge for the shipping fee of $3.97. Having second thoughts about the product, I immediately called and spoke to GNS customer service rep., Christie, cancelling my order and any subsequent auto shipments. She assured me the order and autoshipments would not happen and gave me cancellation confirmation no.

They have began calling again regarding the same account in May of 2009 after receiving this initial letter in July of 2008. the First Financial Bank USA credit card company are rats! I have made my payment over the phone with my debit card each month and have had no problems. this month I tried to do the same, at which point I was informed that I could not pay with a debit card this time. I asked why and the man explained to me that they will only take debit card payments when the account is past due. this is simply a scam to get people to be late. I ordered the free trial for Bright Teeth Wightening. I canceled my order on day 14 of ordering the trial...(not day 14 of using the product as is implied).
At this time I had already been charged $ 78.93, as it says in the terms of the order, and I wasn't charged that ammount once but 4 times. I was told that it was now 15 days from my order date and according to the terms of aggreement I had to pay.

Peak 5 will call and say they want to help you get caught up on payments. When you work something out with them and think that you have paid what you have agreed to they give you some excuse as to why they didn't follow through with what they agreed to and that you are still behind and they can't help you till you get caught up. They have listed on the website FIA card services as one of the creditors they have negotiated with to reduce what you pay on a credit card. When we called FIA card services fraud department they had no knowledge of this company and did not know they had their name (FIA Cardservices)on the website. I orderd a trial sample of drilift (by Dr. Jenson) and the s&h was immediately deducted from my account. I heard this was a scam so cancelled the montly supply they would have sent out withing 2 wks. The pool needs to be cleaned properly. I pay 225 a month for HOA dues, that is suppose to clean the pool and the hot tub. I discovered bumps all over my head that iched and it started to hurt, so I went to my doctor and they said that I had follicalitus. I will never us FedEx again. Sony sent a package to my house with a tracking number to be delivered on a certain date. I checked in the morning and the package was to be delivered by 3 pm. This happened to me several times. I often use my debit card for transactions, like buying lunch or stuff. Problem arises when I have low balance, I first check the ATM and check my balance before I use the card. having checked the balance, I used my card for another transaction. I spent over $1, 600 on credit cards from green dot, the biggest mistake I've done. $500.00 on three and $100.00 on one and $60.00 on another.I was very unhappy to learn that when I received the cards, there was $5.98 take out of each one and the other( I ordered by mistake ) dock me $20.00 to acctivate. The "free trial" is only good for 10 days from the Day You Order The Product. On the 11th day they charge your credit card 78.23 for keeping the "free trial" kit. In my situation, I ordered the product on the 22nd of April, received it on the 26th and was charged 78.23 on the 27th.
If you think about it, by the time you receive the "free trial" it has to be tested within approximately a week.

And they have no customer service phone number... only a single live chat which is unavailable half the time.
This company's services are cheap... but definitely NOT worth it! Pay a little more somewhere else... it will save you stress and money later.
