Pure NV Salon didn't wash my daughters hair, do the head massage, just curled her already wavy hair. They charged $48.00. Client Services, Inc. is the collections agency that Citibank uses after their collections attempts have failed. My secondary complaint is in regard to the associates' behavior. Two different male associates were rude, angry, and accused me of fraud. The one female associate that called me next used the "female to female" strategy, and was condescending. On 7/16/08, my husband & I spoke with a Matt Kaplan from SellItNowMotors. We were told that our 1928 Ford Model A would be sold within 6 months. In order to list, we had to pay them $299.00. This company claims to be a small business loan company. They find lenders and then require an insurance payment to guarantee the loan. The first Loan attempt .. They TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! I took it there for an oil change, simply job unscrew a couple bits screw together and fill. WRONG they manage to royally mess it up. They stripped the threads in the oil pan, for non tech savy people that means they need to replace the oil pan! These Ebay scam artists got me! I bought a "sealed" nintendo (nes) game from them thinking it was preserved BY THEM since it was originally sold in stores. It turns out that they just buy sealed and resealed games from other people on Ebay and then sell them AGAIN on ebay, but this time it's in a clear acrylic case. Oh and almost double the price!!! On May 1, 2009 I purchased a Conair Mini Hairdryer from your Lake City Walgreens location. I purchased this item for a trip i will be takeing at the end of this month. My wife and I bought new frames and lenses and frames two years ago, We went in today May 7th with prescriptions to get new lenses for our two yr. old frames. We have insurance that will pay for the lenses with a 25 dollar copay. By the way the original glases were bought at sears in Salina. We were told that we would be charged 25 dollars for useing the old frames . We feel that there should not be charged for likeing our old frames well enough to want to keep them for one more set of lenses. We picked up our prescriptions and left. My son ordered a CD with information on federal grants from someone who called him and charged my debit card what was suppose to be a one time fee of $2.95, in January, 2009. On 04/10/2009 I had a CD with Wachovia Bank mature. I was never sent notice my CD had matured as I was assured I would by a representative when I opened it. I telephoned today to inquire about the CD and was told it matured April 10th and it was automatically rolled over into a CD bearing .75%. Over $20, 000 invested in a .75% CD!!! Who in their right mind would do that?
