A neighbor notified me of seeing on the local news that a "boil water" advisory had been put out for the city of Baytown, and that the residents there had been notified via phone. Toronto law enforcement is making money from people leveraging the weak-spots of the drivers. There is a street off of the Weston Road, near Lawrence called Little Avenue. There is a no-right sign for this little avenue when coming from Weston Road between 4-6 PM. The signs for this no-right turn is not easily visible, unless you are looking for it. Long story short. This company and a company named Comprehensive Weight Loss have been making unauthorized withdrawals from my debit account since January. They knew what they were doing because the first thing said from their prerecorded message was that no prior charges would be refunded. I 'm going to do all I can to get back my money. Back in December of 2008, I was served a summons, I was being sued by Derrick E. McGavick for a debt from Capital One. After wearing a top once I washed and dried it, It shrunk to the point that I could not wear it. when I returned it to the store the manager, Cindy, at the Westfield mall told me that the return policy said the tags had to be on, and not worn or washed. I asked to exchange it for another top of the same type and she refused. Tags, off, worn, washed, no return. She was adamant. When I asked if she was willing to lose me as a customer she reiterated the policy. I was able to cancel through the phone number on the envelope the stuff came in but was told to go to the website to view their requirements for a return of the product. We had a busted water heater and American Home Shield said that this contracter would be out that day. It took them three days to respond and when they came, the plumber did not even look at the problem and sent in a diagnosis that they would replace the boiler but wanted to charge $850 of assorted "non covered items".
