As soon as i received the product and saw how much it was going to cost for a month's supply, I called and cancelled any furtheer orders. They still charged my debit card 88.00. When I called the number listed by the charge., I was told the product had already been shipped and I could not get a refund until I returned the procuct. I have been a Chase Mastercard card member for five years, and I have never been late or missed a payment in that time. I recently changed personal checking accounts. This past month, I entered my new routing number and account number and submitted a payment for the full balance of my account four days before the due date. I called sears home repair for my lawn mower blade not turning. Mower needed a belt. I was charged $250.63 for a job that took 5 min. I called sears and reported that I felt a 200 labor cost for a 5 min job was outragious. The customer service guy that I talked to agreed with me and went on to tell me that they were offering belt change, blade change, and oil change for $169.00. This company told me to send back 1 bottle of the resolution product they sent me, I did so, and today I found out they took money out of my checking/debit account anyways. I've used Cloncom for years, and they used to be a wonderful company. Their rates were excellent and I could reach them directly and quickly by phone. Watch out UFCU's worst than bank charges. I am a student and I got charged 5 times $29 overdraft fee totalling $145 for purchases totaling $11.40... I've been living here for 10 months now and it has been one problem after another. The fire alarm is faulty and can go off at 12:30 am and then again at 3:30 am. I just received a letter from my bank notifying me that I had an overdraft charge of $31 and needed to bring my account to a positive balance. I was VERY confused as I am not using this account and was planning to close it this week. When I got online and looked, there is a $20 charge (when there was only $4.52 in my account) from TWX Entertainment. I have NO IDEA what this is from and plan to dispute these charges immediately.
