On October 9th 2004 I purchased a heat pump for my pool. Aquatherm manufactured it. In August of 2006 I discovered oil in my pool. The heat pump had malfunctioned and caused this mess. I signed up for a home security system with FirstLine. They took my credit card info and started charging monthly on a 36 month agreement. After 4 months, the company disappeared. Lenovo is a scam when it comes to Thinkpad batteries. I called Lenovo after buying a new $3000 Thinkpad computer a little over one year ago. I had a problem with The Plant Shed in Keller/Southlake. They sent me a coupon for 70% off then changed the price of the plants from $14.88 to $24.88 when I attempted to use it! I bought a rebuilt engine from US Engines and paid to have them install it. Total cost about $7000. It took longer than expected. When I put it in the water, the engine sounded normal at idle. When I increased the throttle to 1500 RPMs, it started making a funny sound and it had no power. My complaint is with the Krystals Restaurant of Decherd, TN. Every time my family goes there to enjoy a meal, it never is fully enjoyed because of the many who think this is a hangout for smokers(and believe it or not, everytime I go in, it is the same group, so I don't think I am the only one who feels this way). My complaint is against Chuck's Electric of Brentwood, California.
