IndianRiverFruit.com did not comply with their order promise. 1: Did not send a card to let recepient know of shipping date; 2: Did not ship on time; 3: Shipped only after we called re the order; 4: Finally shipped but in freezing weather; hence, the fruit was received more than half frozen and mold on some pieces of fruit; 5. Did not respond to email requesting resolution to this problem; 6. Phone number was a constant busy at varios times of the day.
This is not an appropriate way to do business. They will never received business from us or our friends. Hopefully, many will read this and let them know they will use them either. read full review »

I bought the 'Revlon Expert Effect Nail Clip' at Target. They're touted as having an easy grip that won't slip. That part is fine - but unfortunately, they won't cut either! They just tear at the nail. My husband honed them with some specialized honing tools he has and they performed somewhat better - but still not as good as the cheapest available. My husband ordered a dozen roses on line and was linked to Mimi's Flowers. They were suppose to be delivered on 02-28-2007, but, due to an error on his part the flowers did not arrive until 03-01-2007 in the afternoon. The first delivery was the wrong order. I was contacted via phone by the Flagship Fantasea Resorts in Atlantic City to take a tour of their facilities and in exchange for my time, I get FOUR airline tickets, 2 nights stay at a hotel for a mini vacation, $25 dining card and $20 cash from a casino. I just took the tour this weekend which lasted 3 hours instead of 90 to 120 minutes because they drag their feet and bring over 4 additional people to talk to you.

I booked a room at the Holiday Inn Express in Schaumburg, IL for 3 nights over Memorial weekend. I call it a staycation because I live 5 miles from the location. On the 2nd night when I returned frome my day I was locked out of my room. The key wouldn't work. The front desk made me 4 sets of keys, taking 4 trips to the front desk and back to the 6th floor. I started about four months in advance and finally (after numerous calls and rude operators) got booked into a place in my choice of destination less than one week until we were going. Vacation Network had not made a reservation for us and said they could not confirm until two days before the date.

My HP Pavilion notebook was returned to HP Service/Repairs under their extended guarantee scheme because of a manufacturer's motherboard fault in December 2008. I was told that the unit would be returned to me within 9 to 15 DAYS. It is now May 2009, some 5 months later and I am still waiting for its return. I have been in touch with the service/repairs section of HP several times by email and by chat. Each time they tell me the unit is soon to be returned. I am still waiting. First, the employees meticulously weigh every single item that goes on your sandwich. They are so concerned with cutting costs, that the customer feels like they are on an imposed diet by the Togo's staff.
