Hello all, My reasons for posting this complaint and for asking a question are few and quite simple, 1) to see if these forums are a good way of disseminating customer information to each other, 2) doing a public service in the process by sharing and inviting like information from others, and 3) uniting to create a better response from companies to customer problems and complaints. I can't believe I put this stuff on my body!! My shirts have been fading underneath the armpit and sometimes the color gets warped. Well I bought a brand new shirt and put on deodrant(as always of course!!) Well I was shocked to see that it turned the blue of my shirt to pink!! I said pink! I ordered a necklace on May 6th, 2009. I payed $50.99 on my debit card through Authorize.net. The website claimed products would ship in no more than 7 business days, and that jewelry can take up to 3 weeks to arrive; however, more than three weeks after I placed the order I never recieved the product. everytime i play madden 09 on the wii. people cheat. this seriously needs to be corrected or i will have to find another system to play. i sit there playing a game. it takes an hour to play four five minute quarters. i sit there and someone beats me. then i play them again and im winning by one point and they turn it over. they then cut off the game. why does the wii not let it count as a win for me. i just sat and endured 55 minutes of a game losing. then wen im winning they cut the game off. this needs to be like the xbox. it counts as a loss. if this is not corrected then the next madden is going to be stupid. read full review »

My mattress was purchased in Jan. 2007 and the firts mattress was returned on 4-2007 do to body impression were I am sleepnig mattress care used as shown in customer information, A new mattress and box spring was purchased at the same time. I initially purchased a vehicle from them in 2004 when they operated out of a trailer. Despite their 118 point inspection service advertised on their web site, my vehicles battery wasn't connected and kept stalling. Then the radio went. I finally decided to take it to the car make dealer where they stuck me with a $600 bill for repairs that should have been caught in their "118" point inspection. This place is co crazy. It was the one of the most expensive mistakes I have ever made. Let's start with the classes. There are no instructors or teachers. The root word of teacher is "teach" and let me tell you that is definately not what they do. Anything I know I taught myself. The class would consist of the instructor telling you to read 10 chapters in a book and a test in 1-2 days. Nuts!! VERY misleading!!! I received an email from my credit card company about an unauthorized charge of $2.01. Through a product that I ordered, I was able to receive 3 months free of my choice of 3 magazines (which I could cancel at any time and not be charged for any months after the 3 month trial). During landscaping our phone line got cut. I call Qwest to see how much it was going to be to replace it. I was not on a contract with Qwest and thought if it was going to be too expensive I would cancel my service and find someone else or do with out a phone. This is the worst service I have ever received. The belt of of my dress was defective, requiring a new one needing to be ordered after going round and round until I was almost short of breath with the sales girls and manager. When I arrived for minor alterations and asked for a cost breakdown the girl said "we forgot the bussle" and actually added additional costs to the alterations I guess just to show me for asking. I was told my account execs name and phone number - I was told what to fax her; i.e. tax forms for 2008, financial analysis forms, etc. I did this - faxed them on 03/17/2009. I was told to give her 5 - 10 days to review the paperwork, then call her. I got her VM. She informed callers that her callback turnaround time was/is 3 - 5 days.
