Advertize an extended battery for a Razr. When it was received, it didn't fit. When I called, they said it only fits the "early models." They conviently left that out of the add. Dr. Oz shame on you. This company advertises a free sample, of two weeks, for 99 cents and then sends a full bottle and charges $87.13. The real catcher is that they hide the fact that if you do return the bottle within 8 days you cannot have the charges removed. They inform you, if you can get them on the phone, that the trial period starts when you order and by the time you receive the sample there are only 8 days left or maybe less. This company continues to bill my credit card month after month. I called within the 30 trail limit and canceled my order. The next month i was billed.. So I was unable to cancel with the 14 day from ship trial period. Now I am getting automatic shipments of a product I did not order or want. The TF number 866 949 0138 never answers. In the last 3 months my adsl line has not worked at the end of each month. I logged the fault on 26/05/2009 and they have not fixed it yet. I keep phoning Telkom but they just dont seem to care! Avoid this company. They are dishonest. They are impossible to contact. They lie repeatedly. False charges are tacked on for changed reservations. They claimed the money charged went to the airline. This went on for a year, even after the airline people wrote and I supplied One Travel with the info. The credit card company got them to refund a portion, but One Travel Cheapseats kept the bulk of the remaining charges, over a thousand dollars - all completely unfounded. My telephone land line service went out and I can't reach a human being to discuss the matter. All I can get is a recording about "call volumes running very high" and a voice robot that gives me the same spiel about how interested they are in my problem, blah, blah...yada, yada. I received multiple charges on my Phone bill for something called ILD Teleservices Long Distance Calls (toll charge inquiries call 800-433-4518). They charged me 14.95 and back dated charges over many months. This station is licensed to provide reception in Henderson County NC and represents that they serve this and the Asheville area. They are the only NBC affiliate in the area. Both my son and I can not receive their signal at our homes, several miles apart, in the same county. WYFF TV, the local TV affiliate has enacted a program intrusion during the Today Show where it blocks approaximately 15% of the lower screen with a ruinning banner, half of which is blank. The station has refused to return calls or respond to this obnoxiopus practice and I feel that my TV viewing by a public staion has been severely compromised. I purchased the BodyShaper I saw on the internet from a company called Ubuyez. I returned the complete order including the FREE gifts because it did not fit .
