I wish I had seen this site and ripoffreport two years ago when I dealt with these guys. I was scammed by them, so were others. The car I bought had a tire welded to the axle, failed inspection, and after about a week stopped running altogether. New Hampshire has very little to protect the consumer by law so NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY A CAR IN THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ANYWAY!!! I had ordered this teeth whitening product on 5/16/2009. I did not receive it until Wednesday 5/27 and didn't have time to try it. Thought I signed up for some sort of Google Business Kit that was supposed to cost about $3. Got an email from Blazingkeywords.com saying that I had signed up with them-if I did, it's news to me...they were going to charge me about $73 for a membership that I did not sign up for. In 2007 my husband and I sign up with College Partnership, Inc. Our daughter was a freshman in high school with this service they said they would help us with the college process and providing information we needed to apply for colleges We have been trying to contact them all the phone numbers are not in service. I went to a site hawking a free sample of Resveratrol but I would only pay 99 cents shipping. The product came and I thought that'd be it. I saw a 99 cent charge on my card. All well and good. Classic free trial scam. Offered 30 day free trial of Resveratrol but only allowed 15 to cancel membership. By the time product received and tried, only 5 days elapsed before the 15 days expired so it is impossible to determine whether the product has any of the beneficial effects as advertised. Charged $79 for a product that can be purchased elsewhere for around $21 for the same month's supply. Ordered all of my graduation party stuff from them, cake, buns, and sweet rolls as we were having a brunch. They open at 6am. I was waiting in their parking lot and had to call them at 6:10 am to let me in. They had my cake ready, but that was all. Nothing else was ready for me. I have had an insurance policy through JC Penny (now GEMB) for more years than I can recall. I am ALWAYS on time with my payments. Recently I set up auto-pay for the $16.30 monthly fee. Evidently their computer system didn't pick up the payment until the next month. Now they have me listed with the Credit Bureaus as having paid late. I would like to get this removed. Three weeks after ordering 17 storm windows they came in the wrong size due to an error the store personel made while ordering. After reordering the windows they came in the wrong size again. The right size was on the window but they did'nt measure the same as the size on the window by as much as 3/4 of an inch. Now after six weeks of waiting and no windows they want to order them again? I hunted for the Terms & Conditions because there is a box asking if I agree to them but the actual terms are not easy to find. Bought my Mio N210 Christmas 12/08 and in May 2009 the screen cracked when I looking up an address in favorites.
