I purchased a 2004 Grand Prix from Bommarito in April 2006. I originally purchased the car with an extended warranty, and after having the car for only 72 hours I decided that the price of the warranty did not justify what I was getting, so I called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman in the finance department and told him I wanted to cancel it. Hello - In 2000 I purchased a double Viking gas ovens ( Model # VGDO271SS) with supposed induction broiler element using an electronic gas ignitor. This part has failed twice in seven years, and the service tech now says the insulation on the wiring is so damaged by the heat, that it also has to be replaced. This Viking product was promoted as a "commercial-grade" oven, yet it has not performed up to the standard that I was lead to believe. We purchased an ameriwood futon from walmart. The futon's structure is made of metal grid. Within the middle of June, the welding in the grids started giving up. The start-up disc causes an error message on my PC, which has to be powered down to erase. The camera uses batteries up at an alarming rate and now I can't download the photos to my PC because the soft ware won't integrate. For the money spent in good faith you would think AOL would back their sponsored products. I apparently am not the only one AOL has ignored in regard to similar problems. I called the 800 number on the front of my user manual for my Whirlpool Front-Loading Washer and requested service. Where do I start? We contracted for a David Weekly home in Keller, Texas in August of 2006. We moved into the home in January 2007. The house was finished on time. I brought 2 split ACs from Viveks . They mentioned a cost of 1500-- per AC installation excluding any angle bends and extra pipe lenghts . Upon entering the first room I was assigned, I first noticed the safety lock was torn off the door frame, followed by a grapefruit sized hole in one window, the bed sitting on the floor, the smoke detector hanging off the wall and the phone in pieces. My children had problems pouring milk from the gallon jugs when they were young, albeit they got the hang of it. We used to think this was cute as they learned. This new design that has been placed on our shelves, even an adult cannot pour with spilling milk everywhere. Was offered 14 days free trial, which they began at date of shipping. Because of allergies to product, tried to return. They would not accept the return and billed me for the full one month's supply $78.81. Then they had already shipped another month's supply (did not order) and charged me again!
