I purchased the "new" Hart to Hart complete series 17 dvds for $69.95 ($79.08 w/shipping). I received from Bei Jing, China a set of 24 discs from cable channels such as Hallmark, Fox etc. They only work for the first 15-20 minutes at which time the sound and picture deteriorate making them unwatchable. SegPay has taken monthly unauthorized debits of $39. 93 from my bank acct. They claimed that I purchased a prescription plan in January of 2009. I have medical insurance and my prescription are covered with only a $1.00 co pay. I would have NO reason to order a 40 dollar a month prescription plan. Segpay agreed to reimburse only the latest transaction, but not the previous transactions nor the additional processing fee they charged in the last transaction. ALso their neglect and slow treatment nearly resulted in my having Oral Cancer from teeth #s 30 and 32. I signed up for a month to month agreement so I could cancel when my travel schedule picked up. I notified the front desk I was canceling my month to month membership. The person at the desk entered it in the computer and I walked out. Apparently you need to notify them in writing. So I received a bill in the mail. I marked it cancel and sent it back. I have a freestanding electric stove with glass on door. When cleaning the door, water seeped between the double glass on the door. The seal must not be sealed correctly. Their salesmen will lie directly to your face about the length of the contract. They will tell you there is no contract and that you can cancel at any time. When you do try and cancel, there is a contract and it is for 60 Months. If you want out of it, they will let you, but you have to pay 80% of the remaining balance. They still have not supplied the keys or other items advertised along with the sale. It is now June 2009 and am still chasing them for the other parts. I have not been able to stay on line connected to the internet for the past 3 weeks. Boost moble is a real bad phone company to do any business with. I purchased a phone and the SIM card was bad when I called customer service they told me that they would FED ex me a new card but I have yet to get it. They also told me that I would get a $25 credit to my account WRONG I then called them back to ask about the SIM card and they said they kne nothing about it. The company was to charge me $25.00 for a new customer order. Than it was to be $38.95 twice a month. First order was place on May 29, 2009 they charge my card $25.00 and $38.95. Than on June 1, 2009 two more charges of $38.95 and $38.95. They did not ship the orders just charged the account. I just have to tell you what happened when I went to get my daughter's dress on Friday, April 20, 2007. First, the dresses are shipped in from different companies, ours came in from China (Landau Designer Prom-Pageant Gowns). Cinderella will receive them in shrink wrapped (plastic) bags, so the dresses need to be steamed and hung properly. This is to formally complain on Maynilad billing. Since last year I have been calling to Maynilad hotline but until now, the problem is not yet resolved. They are billing us with an average rate and not showing the actual meter reading, worst is that they are just guessing the figure, since my meter shows different meter reading than what they are charging us.
