If I have read this complaints forum then I wouldn't be in this situation. I just ordered the free trials of Ivory Brites and Max Teeth Whitening paid for shipping for $4.99 and $3.99 only. The insoles are hard and uncomfortable, but the worst part when you call them you get a person who dosen't speak or understand english. On 3.16.2009 my fiance and myself went into mor furniture to possibley purchase a sofa, long story short we ended up financing through TRS. We purchased a sectional sofa along with a Boise State recliner chair, the total price came to 1577.99 before tax and delivery. I got sucked into the "FREE" offer. After paying for shipping I got my product. Then out of nowhere I get an $88.97 charge on my credit card. I never requested any product or items and, as of yet, have not received any. Nor have I received a complimentary notice (by email or other) that they were going to charge my account. About a month after order a product, I received another charge on my credit card and contacted them. They told me I had automatically signed up for shipments (OF WHAT????) and that in addition to the package they charged me for and sent, I still owed them $19.95. Since they took over our area, my phone has had a buzzing sound in the background, would not work on particular days, and overall poor service. Why am i paying $65 a month for this? These people claim to be able to give you information and support to fight unsecured debt which they basically claim is all illegal. They say they will give you legal forms and advice that will eliminate your credit card and other unsecured debt. All they do is email you generic forms with complicated wording and expect you to be able to fill them out correctly.
