Just opened the box for a Westinghouse 26" LCD tv which I thought was new. I received this tv while I was away for the month. When I opened the box today I saw that the TV set was reburbished. This would not be such a problem if the set was not defective. There is one bad pixel on the screen. I called Ecost.com and complained and they just sent me to Westinghouse. I went and bought The Sims 3 and it sucks. Wow you can make really cool people, but that's it...what about different lots where you can build your own houses? All this game is...is boring. I was charged $14.95 by Easysaver.com and I'm not sure what they sell. I actually do not know how many unauthorized charges they have made but I am disputing the matter with by credit card company. We were billed for a service we never signed up for. When we placed a call asking to cancel and what was going on we were told that we had sign up for this service on-line and that it would take 60 - 90 days to get this off. This is the second time this has happened. Why is my ATT bill including this? This is truely a scam. The president at the Sarasota campus has numerous charges against her with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission due to her lack of knowledge, understanding or respect for the disabled. Emerge has closed my account after only one late payment and refuses to reopen the account. They mailed me out a letter telling me since I didn't agree to the terms of the account it would be closed.
