I believe that I've been a victim of racial profiling by the sheriff's department. Twice in the last six months I was stopped in after leaving the Kohl's Department store for absolutely no reason! They told us that there would be no lock-in fee and claimed that we needed to give them a 1% "deposit, " to get the process started. JUST an FYI - Got scammed like the rest of the folks on here...Called my bank to appeal the charge ($83.17) and the bank refunded me when I gave them the number to SWM labs. Either appeal to the bank or credit/debit card company and get your refund. ALSO, cancel your debit card and get a new one (I know this is a hassle, but much better than this faulty company continuing to pull money out of your account or charge you). We called Burton out to our house and they came out the afternoon of Friday May 22, 2009. They found that the controller board that controls the fan for the furnace was bad.
