I ordered this product and I was told that I would be charged $54.98 ($50 for the product and $4.98 for shipping). I was told to send in a rebate form for a $50 rebate; thus, I would only have to pay for shipping. Have a 37 in Magnavox tv model #33mf33id/37 not yet 3yrs old. When you hit power the green light blinks than shuts off and it keeps doing that for about 10 20 seconds before it stays on. While I was in the military, I did have a policy with Liberty National, and I was paying it by an allotment, but when I retired from the military in 2007, I stopped all of my alloments including the one to Liberty National. We are dish network retailers and this company contacted us to provide sales leads for business. The leads were suppose to be prequalified in that they were inquiring about getting dish network cable services. This is a SCAM!!!. They advertise free trial of their product for only the shipping charge of few bucks.
