This company should not be in business. They break the collection laws everyday. They call you saying they are from the "legal dept". They are debt collectors and by law have to say this. When I called 1-888-692-8352 the customer service rep told me that the return warehouse address is in Florida. The person I spoke with is in Arizona. I bought a Toshiba A75 laptop in 2005. By 2006, it needed to have the 'motherboard' replaced, while still under warrantee. I had to drive approximately 1 hour away to a Toshiba provider, and had to pay $60 to get the computer back in 2 weeks, otherwise I would not have gotten it back for 6 weeks. It still never worked properly, it would run loud, get hot, and shut down. I bought an Apple Macbook in 2007, and I love it. ADP acquired us as a client in mid 2007 when they bought the portion of Intuit that had been our payroll processor. We are a small company, 7-10 employees. Recently I received an IRS notice saying I had failed to file my 2007 FUTA form. I contacted ADP. They said they had filed and would write the IRS and sent me a copy of the paperwork involved. I renewed my Norton anti-virus software and Norton automatically charged my Visa card 03/19/08 for$43.19. Within a month my computer crashed with the anti-virus on it. I wanted to ask them how to transfer the software to my new computer. That is when I found out it was impossible to communicate with them. Also, there is another charge to my Visa on 03/07/08 for what I assume is the same anti-virus. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, i needed to get a copy of my credit report. I tried to cancel the trial the second day and still have been trying to contact the customer service to cancel, after they took money from my bank account and caused me trouble with my bank. I was friends with the owner/operator of this company, John Faigle. He offered to sell me a pair of boots at a discounted price last July 2008, so I wrote him a check and mailed it to him. He promptly cashed the check and surprise surprise, I still have no boots and it's been ELEVEN MONTHS!!! And numerous emails and phone calls later, he still hasn't provided me with the boots or a refund.
