Cash Expand Marketing LLC
Evan June 11, 2009
I trusted in Rachel Longs's Cash Expand program because she is the #1 recruiter in My World Plus and the program is endorsed by the CEO Ben Glinsky. I thought how could I go wrong. Boy was I shocked. I had joined MWP about 18 months ago and had real trouble getting sign ups. When I found Rachel's program in January of 2009 with all of the endorsements I thought that I would finally be able to make some money on line. I enrolled in the Auto Cash Club and eventually paid for the GUARANTEED SIGN UPS on Jan. 21, 2009. I got a lot of... read full review »

I am usually so savvy when it comes to scams, but this one got me. I have been charged the initial $4.99 for the tooth whiting product and then $78.93, and 83.92, totaling $162.85. I also, was dupped for the product Ivory Brite in the amount of $88.97. I was told they don't take the product back anymore, I guess a lot of people have been unhappy with them, and they could not refund me anything because it was past the 2 week trial period. I will have to cancel my ATM card because I do not want anymore charges from them. There ha... read full review »

New World Imaging
Leon June 11, 2009
My firm received unsolicited phone calls from New World Imaging (NWI) who is in the business of selling toner cartridges. The sales rep offered us a free toner cartridge to try out. We had the option of keeping the cartridge and being billed at a discounted price, or if we found the product unsatisfactory, we could return it without any payment due. The toner cartridge performed well, so we kept and paid for it. A few weeks later, we received a phone call from NWI. This time, the representative claimed that we had entered into an... read full review »

Centex Home Equity
Rebecca June 11, 2009
Long story short, 2001 acquired an equity loan on my home with Centex. Same situation as all the other complaints I've read on here. I fought to keep my home I thought they wanted and they got but somehow I believe I can still get it back if I could locate an attorney familiar with equity loan laws in Texas. I haven't found one yet. A real estate attorney in my hometown did advise me that because of all the ins and outs of the equity loan laws they don't fool with it (equity). I believe the consumer affairs dept and the Attorney... read full review »

Owen June 11, 2009
My boyfriend and I responded to an ad on Craigslist for low priced furniture. I called Colwell, Inc. and scheduled a time to view the furniture. The man who answered the phone said that he was holding this furniture in his warehouse for a friend who wanted to get rid of his overstock quickly. We later learned that this was a complete lie. We arrived at the warehouse to look at the furniture and found out that the advertised furniture price was for a child sized couch and chair set, not something normal adults could use. But, we looked at... read full review »

This company took from my bank account $370.20 on June 8, 2009. The amount should have been $29.00. Because Bruce Ginsburg, service manager, had access to my credit card number, he pulled out alot more than the original bill. He has repeatedly lied about crediting my account. This company is obviously a scam. I can't believe I fell for this. The website no longer exists. I can't find any individual persons name on any of the paperwork they sent me. Everything is signed 'your financial advisor'. Now that I'm looking into this company I am finding many similar stories posted on the internet. I lost $995.00 due to my own stupidity in trusting this company. I will do everything I can to report this company everywhere possible to fight for my money. After paying for the monthly fee, the additional bids and the winning bid amount I figure I'm out about $600.
