Recently I got a letter from the Disney Movie Club, actually sent through an agency of some sort. They claimed that my membership was being canceled and since I wasn't able to keep my commitment I not only have to pay the balance over due but also I have to pay for the movies I got during the promotion in the begging. The staff at Three Rivers Behavorial Health, in Lexington, S.C. is suppose to help people with mental problems, but some of the staff treat the patients like they are criminals. The Techs, Doctors, and Nurses are very inconsistent with the rules there, and some of the staff yell at the patients, making them feel like little children. Some of the staff there dis-respect the patients by yelling at them. They dimean the patients. I will never committ myself in this place again. I went to my local A&W this week after reading the ugly complaint from squigles and they served up a beautiful plate of a cheeseburger with crispy french fries, made to order by a friendly short order cook. There were no kids working there at the time, just a friendly older woman and an older man who did the cooking. They don't hire kids to cook, just to serve the tables when the orders are ready. In March 2008 I purchased a CD online for $2. I received it and my credit card statement showed a $2 charge, and I paid it. Later, I received a cold call from a different company, and the caller said they planned to mail something to my home and that I had a certain number of days to return it or I would be billed for it. I called two weeks after to see why our account had not received the cash out funds, we could not get hold of anyone on the contact phone number. When we finally got hold of a person at IGS they said they would get back to us but that the funds should show up anyday. in september of 01 I moved into a appartment complex in Deerfield Illinois. Right after i moved in the manager was notified by me that there was a continuous scent of gas from the range. In spring of 2008 I hired Lawn Dr. to get rid of the weeds on my lawn. Their very first trip, they sprayed, which ruined my roses and my lilacs. After much ado and trying to explain it away as something else, they agreed to send in some samples for testing to see if it was their spray. I received my cellular phone bill today. I had 2 charges for $9.99 each. One was from Mobile Messenger for ringtones? I have spoken to their agent and she assures me I will be refunded $9.99 in 8 or 10 business days. The other charge is for Horoscope Alerts from Funmobile, short code 26451. That was not one of their numbers, she could not tell me what number to call for assistance. In the meantime, I texted each of the short codes and I am assured that my subscriptions have been stopped and there is no charge. If so, why did it appear on my bill?
