Viking Recovery services showed up at my home last night at 12:00 AM! They were looking for the people that owned our homed prior to us-they have been gone for 2 years!! This company is the worst management group I have seen! The managers at the front desk are deceitful, and rude. We had asked before we moved into the apartment to fix the porch. I called my credit card company and found out that there was two charges applied to the account within 20 minutes of each other. First the $1.95 plus tax and then another for67.62. The terms of the agreement allow you one day to change your mind and in B.C. you have 10 days to change your mind on any contract. i was unable to get home for a family emergency, us airways told me i had to pay an additional $180.00 to get home to my daughter who was in need of a hospital immedietley.
