I ordered this diet product that was supppose to be a 15 day FREE trial, and only 3.95 for shipping. The Northern Tool + Equipment Customer Service as well as their Internet customer service are very poor. An order was placed for lawn mover parts. The parts were sent via UPS. The UPS web site states it was delivered. Hello, I am reporting piracy of DVD box sets by an internet company called emartix.com. Emartix.com advertises their products as new and factory sealed. I purchased a box set from them and quickly discovered the discs do not work properly. After closer examination, there is a strange adhesive mark on the back of each of the 44 discs. We signed with the Comsumer Law Associates to have two credit card bill negotiated on by this firm for payoff. The fee was $345.oo which we sent in. On November 28, 2008I've purchased a Acer Notebook for my son as a Christmas gift. Sometime in January, while in the middle of using the notetbook it shut off and wouldn't reboot. Two guys came to our door and told us they were selling magazines for a scholarship. They said they would gain points for purchases, but that we could cancel as soon as we bought and they would still get the points. After purchasing two magazine subscriptions for $71.00 each, we've been trying to cancel for days and no one ever answers the phone but the machine. I purchased several items from the online auction PROXIBID, from auction A&W Surplus. All items appeared to be brand new and all shown in original boxes, with no specific description other than the names of the items. EVERY ONE OF THE BOXED ITEMS WERE RECEIVED BROKEN! If you call the (800) 984-5904 number and ask to cancel your purchase they cancel one but not the other. We received a unauthorized charge from NT-Mart.com on our credit card statement. A week later we received a package from this company from Vietnam. In the package was a broken wooden box with a wallet made from a plastic similar to a pool liner. We never purchased this wallet and notified the credit card company. We're not sure if this website is a front for a credit card theft ring or if someone actually purchased it with our stolen credit card # and for whatever reason sent it to us.
