I frequent Fresh Market several times a week. One of my favorite deli dishes is the sun-dried tomato pasta. A friend and I were having soup and salad at Olive Garden. She noticed a curly gray hair floating on top of my soup. I notified the waiter, who in turn notified the manager. I tried to do business with this company, but they were never around. I tried to order a sauna from them, but could never talk to anyone (or engage in the online chat) to place the order. I even tried to place the order online. After 3 days of not having a change to my order status, I decided to call them. I still was not able to get my phone calls even answered. Long time customer of LL Bean! Lack of recent customer service will deter me from continuing to buy their products. I bought an .entertainment center that turned out to be damaged because It was left out in the rain by UPS. LL Bean pleasantly informed me that they would ship out another unit to replace the first one. I was instructed to carefully unwrap the 2nd package so I could use it to rewrap the damaged one. I went to "Moon Shadow" restaurant with wife on her birthday . As we came in, we were never greeted. The food was horrible. I have been waiting for over 4 months for my carpet to be installed. I originally set up the install for the next weekend, they cancelled "carpet was damaged". Friendly sales associate sells me a camcorder that is easy to use and easy to download right to Apple computer. JVC Everio Camcorder which also takes still photos. Turns out still photos are pretty poor quality but it was the video I was most interested in. After 2 months of shooting different family events I go to upload movies and it won't upload. SCAM!!, DECEPTIVE!! Don't trust them. I will never go to them again. Ripped me off on a brake job. First stated I needed front/rear pads and rotors($405), had warranty on the pads. When I went back 2 days later to get the work done, they replaced the front/rear pads and front rotors($423). The mechanic working on my vehicle stated I didn't need my rear brakes done. Since 18 May 09 when for no reason my phone was deactivated I have had nothing but problems with this company. The phone was for business and was listed in advertising. When they finally reactivated the phone they had changed the number. "We're sorry for any inconvenience". Then I discovered the phone wasnt recieving calls. Again they changed the phone number on me. Watch out and watch your mail. Ordered Aqua Globe s and a few weeks later got what looked like a refund check for $8.25. Not that out of the ordnary in days of rebates but this was a scam. In the fine print on the check it said that if I cashed the check I would be allowing them to debit my credit card for $149.99 for something called "Great Fun" a discount service that I would never use. I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to. Now, I am trying to get a date from them for installation and after 4 calls, there is no idea of when or what is going to happen. Some say they will get back to me, and never get back. Love my bed, but not being able to sleep on it for three weeks was not right. I called to order a replacement air cushion and was told that it would take 7-10 days for delivery. So I paid an extra $20 for 2 day delivery. Of course that's 2 days after the 2 days it takes to ship it out. When I got it I broke a hose fitting while trying to install it.
