My son has a 1994 Toyota pickup truck that needed the radiator replaced. My ex son-in-law, Kendal Williams recommended that I have the truck towed to Ortiz Auto Repair. Firestone at Hanover Park, IL locations rips people off. They are the worst at customer service. All I went is for an Oil Change and they brought check engine light in my car. I asked and they said they have to charge $100 for diagnostic. How ridiculous is this... They caused the light to come on and they want to charge people for troubleshooting... My wife and I stopped to stay at the Super 8 Motel in Elk City, Ok. We asked for a non-smoking room because I am a lung cancer survivor. We get into the room and the room smelled of smoke.
