I had a good friend file my taxes through turbo tax. We chose to have fees deducted and go through SBBT to get funds. The irs actually deposited funds to Sbbt on 7/29, sbbt website stated they recieved funds and printed and MAILED check on 7/29. I hung up they then called back and my five year old daughter answered and they threatened her by saying"get your mom on the phone or I will send the police to get her." Was charged $9.99 on my mobile phone bill for a "download" and when I called phone service provider found it was from Twitter! I don't use Twitter, I have no idea how this happened. Called them and was told it was from taking an IQ test. They did say that they would refund the charge, but it boggles my mind how this charge was put on my mobile phone account. The company damaged my filing cabinet and dining table. Even though I found the cheapest possible replacements at OfficeMax and WalMart, the company is too cheap to send $280 in compensation and instead keeps stonewalling. The filing cabinet seemed to be taken down stairs too roughly, and the bottoms and backs of several drawers were broken and my files were all over in the bottom (see photo). After I get into the door and hear all of the good things about the complex, then I hear that you must make at least 3 to 6 times the rent to be qualified for an apartment. Okay lets see. In a nutshell, they have you buy an overpriced appliance so you can get a 55% lifetime discount on already marked way up food. To anyone out there who is considering attending Sanford Brown College or Utrasound Technology Institute, please run the other way. This school is not a legitimate school and are rip offs with UBS accounts. They cannot offer legal courses that allow you to get licensed when you graduate. I called to cancel they made it very difficult. I finally got a cancellation number. Then they charged my card. Every time I called to get my money back their computer systems were down or when I would ask to speak to someone in charge they would say I would get a call with in 72hrs. and never would. Sheila claims her system of applying extensions are locs. They are not. She even claims them as "Goddess Locs" and she is the only person doing them.
