I returned an ice maker for replacement or repair while still under warrany. Three weeks later they can't find it (it was delivered UPS, so there's proof), they won't return calls or respond to e-mails. They have no concept of customer service. The "so called technicians" did not even look like techs. They misdiagosed the problem, missed completely what the pool problem was and on top of that recommended an unnecessary repair. The local BBB has logged about 26 unresolved complaints largely for billing discrepancies and other problems. Took this people 3 visits to complete reseal and on top of that they did it wrong. I ordered from this company on the 1st. They charged my Credit Card IMMEDIATELY when I placed the order. The following week, I check my email to see they wrote me to say they backordered an item (website said "in stock") and would I like to get a different item instead? Beware his slick video ad that he sends to your email. It sounds like a no-lose situation when he GUARANTEES that you'll get results. It took almost a week to even be able to login to the ChiroDashboard, then the services took another week to actually become available. Received my auto insurace renewal and to my shock they had calculated my annual mileage between 15k & 20k/mi. I've never driven that far in one year. I've been with them for 25 years!! I put some evidence together and call customer service to see who/where I can send it. I'm told that the "underwriting dept. handles that". Gigabyte continues to call either Northbridge or Southbridge changes to their Motherboards "revisions". However, their resellers have no way of knowing when stock is picked from their warehouse which revision is being pulled. This is very common at Newegg.com a large reseller of Gigabyte Motherboards. Gigabyte needs to start a new model # when it changes either the Northbridge or the Southbridge and keep the Rev#s for Bios updates only. read full review »

I went in and asked for a 30-day refill card for my iWireless phone. I handed them $50, got back some change and my card and went home. No reciept was given with the card. I went to the grocery store, paid for groceries in cash and went home. I entered the digits in my phone to activate it. It said I had 7 days. I rushed back to the cell phone place and complained. I was trying to refi one of my houses with Wells Fargo, whom I've done business with for many years. Wells Fargo ordered an appraisal from Rels Valuation. Rels De-Valuation appraised my rental house at $60, 000 below the average market value ($350, 000) for my community when in fact it should have appraised at or only slightly below average value for the community. Finishing Touches cleaned my house several times, and Dora and Doris did an excellent job. The last time, Sarah, the owner, showed up with a new guy. Dora apparently no longer works for them, and Doris was not there. The guy did not clean thoroughly and did not dust most areas in my den. The carpets had to be re-vacuumed after I pointed out how dirty he left them. I have to wonder how many different people would come to clean if I kept the service. I went in for my normal 3000 mile oil change and it was strongly suggested that i get an engine flush as well. I have never had a single engine problem out of my car and it is very well taken care of. So therefore i opted to recieve this engine flush as suggested and no more than 30 miles later my engine slung a rod. The $39.95 mysteriously didn't show on this company's records, so I faxed a copy of my bank statement showing the charges. I am still waiting for that refund! I was assured that my card would be taken off file, and I would see no more money taken out of my account from the company.
