Beware of a fake anti-virus program that calls itself "Security Essentials 2010." It will pop up on your screen one day and tell you that your computer is infected. After that, the only thing you seem to be able to do is buy the program for $29.99 (or maybe it was 39.99). It will also block you from installing any legitimate anti-virus programs that would get rid of it. It is a very nasty malware. We as well purchased the same HP Plasma Color TV and of course we heard the dreaded POP and the screen went black but still have the sound. Tried to contact HP but all they want is 629.00 in order to repair it. Seems the circuit board on the inside is faulty. It is an 89.00 part and HP is aware that all of us have had this issue but it is a major hassle trying to contact anyone who can help you and they do not offer any incentive to help replace the part. The phone was for my daughter but I had to open it up in my name so she could have a phone. I also had a situation where it showed me as the top bidder, the auction ended showing me as the winner and then the screen froze up for around 30 seconds and when it came unfrozen my name was gone and the auction was back on and being bid on. I feel no sites should allow the autobid(created bidbots) feature as I noticed on for10cents most items are won this way and it just doesn’t wash with me. This company has different people working with them each time we called and been passed around person to person until finally, they no longer pick up their phone or reply to any of our emails. Then, they send a letter wanting us to pay them or else we get sent to collection. The number they provided us and on the letter, they don't even pick up or return any calls!!! I have a Logitech V450 Nano Mouse. This is a wireless laser mouse with a nano receiver. The mouse has worked great until I wanted to remove the receiver from my laptop to use on another laptop. When I removed the receiver it fell apart. Now it is in three pieces.(Which is all there is) I put it back together, but it will not work. Bond is terrible. I would never recommend them. They hardly ever came by, and only did so after I reminded them. I had to do so three times. They also did not always examine each termite trap, just most of them. They also supposedly checked traps even though dirt was still packed on the periphery of some of the traps in such a way that it was obvious they weren’t inspected. i have the same complaints as every one else seems to! although i was always able to book my vacation i wanted, as soon as i got there and told them i was not interested in upgrading or buying a timeshare, instand rudeness towards me and my party the rest of the trip. they don't clean your room, they don't help you out, when we got there they wouldn't let us check in for 4 hours... no one seems to care about service. For those considering the purchase of Killer Guides products may want to reconsider and use the thirty dollars for something more resourceful. The guides contain very little useful information to help a consumer, whereas most of the content could easily be found in the internet. We insured with shipsurance and paid for coverage. there was damage and our claim was over $10, 000 and even though we filed the claim on time, it was denied. Ariel Schmorak is a thief and you should never use shipsurance/dsi ever. By the time I would have paid restocking fee, the fee for shipping table to my home and return shipping I would have been left with around 200.00, They offered no compromise. The Fitness Store (and it's parent company G&G fitness) sold me a $2200 treadmill that makes a metalic clanking noise when it is elevated. I've purchased two Apple products (laptop and iPhone) and have had horrible experiences with them both. The laptop (PowerBook G3 Wallstreet) crashed more often than the Wright Bros. It crashed or froze 3 times a day. It would say "you've experienced an error of -3" or some such cryptic message. I mail ordered this thing and lived in E.
