Purchased a Optimus heater in Oct. 09 from WalMart, it swivels which makes the "made in china" unit electric cord break. I tried to take back in march 010 but Walmart said they will not take back because I didn't have the instruction manual. I called the voange and they told me, the number of minutes I could use depends 0n other vonage customers. I have been waiting for a refund on a ring I returned that looked different than on television. the ring looked cheap and at the time I ordered it, it was immediately taken out of my checking account for payment.
