I have purchased 5 pups from Susan since 2004, 2 are from Ireland and 4 are from her own "personal" pets--Elvis, Poley, etc.. Beware that any merchant who uses Telecheck can claim deniability for any of their practices. If you write a check that does not clear your bank on the first attempt, but does clear on the second attempt, you will still be charged a $25.00 non sufficient funds fee which Telecheck WILL NOT reverse, even though the merchant received payment for the merchandise you purchased. Met at home show in NJ to have energy audit performed for home. They "guarantee" they will show up, call multiple times to confirm and then call the day of to say they will not show up due to a "personal emergency". Then reschedule and do not show up again. We bought a new Craftman push mower. The first time we used it, it would not run. My husband coaxed it to mow about 1/2 of our small yard and it died. We took it back to the local sears store where it was purchased. They would not replace it. They said we had to send it to the repair center in Hixson TN. The repair center called about 1 week later. They said it would cost about $70, for a tune up. Wal-mart would have just give a new mower. Received custom shoes from tnt dance designs for my wedding. Not only did the shoes have a heel that was coming away from the sole, but there were scratches and glue marks all over the shoes!!! When I called to get the shoes replaced, they couldn't guarantee they would be ready in time for my wedding-- and they didn't care! To add to my frustration, the owner said I was too picky about the quality of my shoes, and there was nothing he could do about it. I started the process with 1st American Law Center on 10/09 and gave them a deposit of $1500 and monthly payments of $568 thereafter. In the beginning they are great, they return your calls ask for endless amounts of paperwork for your case. Once they have all your money and personal info. (scary) you wont hear from them again. We bought a puppy from this kennel. The owner said she was "selling it for a friend" and that she had never actually seen the puppy's mother, herself. The puppy turned out to have generalized Demodectic mange, which, our vet says it could only have acquired at birth from its mother, and which showed up when the puppy turned 4 months of age.
