On the website they say that you can return shoes at the store to save on the return shipping but when you get to the store they tell you that you have to ship it back because "they cant balance it". They had already marked the packing slip as "returned" so i hope that they will accept the return shipment. I filed my taxes using Taxbrain on 1/15/09. My taxes were supposed to be direct deposited using Metabank. Taxbrain used the wrong bank info when they sent my file to the IRS and my refund was sent to another bank. I bought a new Jeep Wrangler from Jim Archer Jeep in Houston/Cypress, Texas (now a closed store) and the the Jeep began having problems when it would not always start leaving myself and my family stranded away from home. I bought a pair of Reebok Easy Tones, I wore them for my 1 hour a day walk for 4 weeks. The bottom of the shoe wore off into the air pocket of the sole and the shoes were not longer any good. I exchanged them for another pair and the same thing is happening again, these shoes are 4 day away from being 4 weeks old. I contracted starlite limo to do a pick up and drop off for a bachelorette party, 2 days before the event they contacted me and advised the SUV limo broke down but will give me a stretch limo at a discounted rate, the SUV limo was $325.00 and the new rate for the stretch limo is only $200.00. As a gift, my sister bought me an inflatable queen size mattress at Amazon.com, in March 2010. It was not unpacked or used until several weeks later due to its intended user being away. I've had phone service with ATT&T for many many years with the same phone line and phone number. I also have internet service and cellular service as well with ATT&T... As long as i've had their service i've had the inside wire maint fee which is $7.50 /month... so with that insurance if that is what ATT&T calls it i've never ever had phone problems. Avis Kauai When I arrived in Kauai to pick my car, I was told that I must take a $ 3000 insurance at a cost of $11.99/day. Purchased kitchen set from Wickes and Stainsafe warranty. Purchased in October 2006. The set has upholsted chairs and tere are some stains and I wanted to ask what to do. I guess I know. I paid them one euro to be able to access an acedemic text - by Pay Pal. They sent me a code to unlock. I tried it but my Virus Checker (AVIRA) stopped me and said it was Malware. Although AIC Kia of Manassas and/or A C Auto (they use both names and are the same dealer) say that they are a auto dealership, that is really only a half truth. This supposed dealership is really nothing more that a financing mill for poor or bad credit situations. Ok so we were late on our rumpke bill and they didn't take our trash. We payed up our bill and the next week they STILL didn't pick it up! I called them and they said they cancelled our service on May 31st yet they still picked up our trash in April. They never called or informed us in any way that our service was cancelled. Ignored defective product complaint Purchased from Walmart as a gift. Called the customer service number in package two times NO RESPONSE. One slide from the birthday boy age 7 and the pool at the end busted. Gift now has huge hole in it... patch kit provided is comical in this situation. I have recently found more information on the scam artist Erika Giron (Other names: Radu-Salazar-Ulate) and Ryan Radu. One of their neighbors posted to my board and stated they are married. Be very careful and make sure you send back the "free" samples or empty bottles within 30 days or your credit card will be billed $98.50 for the "free" samples and you will start receiving a package to the tune of over $100.00. Product itself is no better than drug store products. I'm out over $100.00 and the company is wriggling around and telling me I did indeed sign up for automated shipments. In late 2008 I bought a brand new Legacy Heritage mobile home to replace one lost to hurricane Ike. I soon discovered structural problems.
