The worst experience imaginable. Sunshine markets themselves as a full service moving company yet in reality they are just a broker that quotes you a price and then outsources your job to a low cost moving co. As a result, the service is impossible. Chamberlain Restoration is a complete fraud. He initially comes off as knowing what he is doing, but in reality, he is just a con. He provides you with a pre-paid FedEx envelope and that is where the fraud begins. My daughter found him on the internet and sent him some old family photos to be restored as surprise for me. On May 24th my husband ordered a gift from bathopia.com. Everything was fine until yesterday he gave me the gift and once I opened it we noticed a weird smell. He bought a Mayan spa box ("Mystical blend of chocolate, lime + anise"). Purchased virus scan update package over the net on 14/12/2009 . Unable to down load or get assistance from McAfee customer Service till May 2010 when I requested refund be sent to a nominated bank account as Visa account used for purchase had been closed months ago. This company also mislead me to believe I could get a package of information by email for 2.97 which I still have not recieved. They asked for lots of personal information including Bank Acct. This is "protection" for the stuff you buy at BestBuy. They lie about what it covers to trick you into signing up. They then send over a packet with a big list of "exclusions" which you have 60 days to read and realize that you've been lied to, before they keep your money. Two teenage boys came into my home and 'sold' me $80 later. They said they get points for each different thing they do such as getting cash instead of credit card or check. I have a son with Autism and they befriended him and showed me and my husband (who is a police officer) magazines that would be great for him. Mr Selbst came into our Boynton Beach Location on three consecutive days and negotiated a check daily from a company called "The Firm" all three checks were returned Account Closed. Upon researching said checks it was discovered that Mr. Selbst infact was the sole officer listed with the state of Florida for The Firm.
