Jiffy Lube charges 5000x more than any other company to do an oil change. I paid $150 for an oil change, only to find that other Atlanta service companies will give you an oil change plus tire rotation for $25!!! Also, they rammed too much oil into my car and I had to GO BACK to JiffyLube to have them drain out some oil. Of course they did not offer me any refund for the oil they rammed in that was unneeded. TopNotch Homes builder in Mass/NH is the absolute epitome of incompetence. After moving in my new home I found water coming in the basement between the top of the foundation and the wall. After removing the siding and disassembling the deck I saw the Moisture wrap (aka Flash Wrap) was nailed to the wall and the adhesive backing was never removed! I've been unable to contact them by phone (all extensions), email, and fax. I found the home numbers for this family run business (the Reason Family) and left messages. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. Droid had a serious problem with speaker phone. If you try to use it the person you call will hear a very loud high pitched sound like that makes conversation impossible. We purchased an Intex 18' x 52" Ultra Metal Frame Pool in late May 2010 from Toys R Us. The timer feater on the filter pump that came with the pool (Intex Pump Model 635T) stopped working after 3 days.
