DO NOT ORDER THE FREE FORCE FACYER SAMPLE...
After ordering the force factor sample i started recieveing 30 day supplies of force factor in the mail and my CC was charge $80. I guess in the fine print you have to call back and cancel otherwise by acepting the free sample you are automatically signed up for a monthly auto-order bottle of Force factor for $80.
On several pages it clearly states "Just pay shipping and handling" "No further obligations"

I live in a condo that I purchased with a detached garage.
The garage is equiped with an electric door opener and this works just fine.
At my closing I was issued a key to the garage to use as a backup in the event of a power outage.
As luck would have it the power went out recently due to a storm.
I tried to open the garage door during the power outage and the key doesn't even turn in the lock cylinder hence unable to open the garage door. My neighbor told me that he had the same problem and was told the wrong keys were issued... read full review »

fidelity flat fee is a flat fee mls listing service that advertises that they will list your home on the mls and also lists many other web sites on their web page that they would like you to believe that they will list your home on.
I signed up for this service, paying a large sum of money believeing that they were going to put my home on those sites, like zillow and frontdoor.com as well as others that they list on their web page.

Realtors beware! Dealing with Z57 Internet Services was one of the worst experiences I've had. They misrepresented their services and costs and when I started implementing "my new website" I could not do what I was told I could do. Called customer service was no help. They were argumentative and wanted to prove they were right, versus helping me solve my problem. Long story short, I financed a truck through Van Chevrolet (another report regarding them lol), and came to find out that after paying on time for 5 months at 610$ a month PLUS 270$ in insurance equals out to pretty much nothing for me to live off of until the next payday, where the cycle starts over again. The Movie Galleries in our area closed. I have a lot of power play points left. I was told that the store can't do anything but to call an 800 number about a refund. When I call the 800 number it says to leave my information and they will get back with me however the phone then immediately disconnects so you cannot leave any information. The so-called free checking at TCF is not free. After 6 months they slap on a 9.95 monthly fee and when I call their reps are rude. They even wanted me to deposit more money and refused to close the account. Now they are threatening to send the collections for their monthly service fee for an account I do not want.
TCF makes money by ripping off customers.

Belisi RX deducted $89.99 from my bank account a month ago and never sent a thing. They keep telling me it is on the way, when in fact they won't een give me a tracking number. The are frauds and I will take this to the bank and file a fraudulent complaint against them and block my credit card so they can never, ever take money out of my bank again.

I have had a little giant sump pump from franklin electric, installed at my poolside cabana. This was needed because my septic system is uphill from the cabana. The cabana was not heavily used, thus the sump pump was not heavily used. It began to trip my gfi circuit early in it's life, the first week. Not sure what was going, we just re-set the gfi and hoped it was something that would clear itself. Over two years ago I responded to this company's internet ad for filing a corporation in Nevada. The business failed within 6 months and when Incorp automatically billed me for another year I informed them that I had not authorized automatic billing or any further services. They continued automatic billing even after I requested that they stop and that they cease trying to do business with me. I elderly parents have been trying to get Sears to repair or replace their centeral air and heat unit for 3 weeks. At one time the technicians were at their house everyday for a week.
