Deiby Alvarenga and his father worked in our house for several projects from oct 2009 to May 2010. They took our money and disappear. Left many unfinished jobs in my house. They claim they can do everything, all kind of works, but end up they screwed up most of them. All jobs are either not finished or need to redo again. Ordered 10 day trail order on 8/12/2009. Arrived on 8/24/2009 with no trays to use Rembright. Cancelled on 8/26/2009. Received e-mail from Rodney in Customer Service--we have cancelled your account today--no longer be billed by our company. On 8/27/2009 my bank account was credited $84.86. My husband called at the end of May to purchase a strut & spring kit. The rep Vita told him he did not need struts if the car already has them, as struts never go bad. She said that the kits with struts are only for vehicles that never had struts. So my husband paid $399.00 to order the springs only. We then paid $200 to install the springs. When I recieved my order it arrived damaged. I immediately contacted Steve's blinds and was instructed to take pictures of the blinds and e-mail them to customer services. I forwarded the pictures and was told I would receive the replacement blinds. that was on April 27, 2010. Since I could afford to purchase bras from Victoria Secret, I have used this line. My luck with strapless bra has not been very favorable. I bank with a credit union and today (6/25/10) I noticed a $99.95 charge to my account which had processed from my account today as well (it was noticed the same day that it was debited). This company has a very impressive website. Everything is well written and layed out, giving you the idea that it is a legitimate site, providing quality products. I contacted Mr Rooter DFW initially on Saturday, June 19th because a leak coming from my attic was discovered running out, onto my patio. Watch out for Oberon Media and Iplay games website. If you are to have a membership for games with Iplay, Oberon media is partnered with them. Neither site has a customer service number to call. When I went to cancel membership I got and Error page repeatidly. Tried from 3 different computers just in case it was a internet block or cookie issue.
