The same complaint(s) as I have been reading...the 10 day trial is up before you can have any time try the product and before you know it they've charged you full price or balance due on your order. I have worked with this person and have found her to be amazing at what she does. Somebody with a thick jealous streak has posted some inaccuracies about this talented artist. I imagine not many read this board, but if you do, don't pay any attention to the negative comments that are born out of selfishness. Superstar Smile, debited my acct in the amount of 99.90 without my authority. I sent in for a sample of the product and to pay just the 4.95 for shipping, they then in turn deducted the 99.90. spoke with rep she stated I had to call in the cancel. I didn't order a subscribstion only the sample. spoke with another person he stated it would be a 35% restocking fee and I couldn't get all of my money back. I ordered my wedding dress from Le Salon in Royal Oak 8 months before my wedding. It was promised that it would come in within 3-4 months, but then they indicated a delay. Less than 3 months before my wedding they said it wouldn't come in at all! I contacted the manufacture who indicated they had never received my order. The store offered me a refund, but never refunded any of my money and I paid in full. It has been 3+ months. There are 2 incidences here that I am combining into one. The first is this: I tried to get hired for Music On The Move Plus but couldn't due to this tightwad *** named Bryan Wenzel. Ordered and paid for in advance 139.00 for Rayban sunglasses thru website. been a Rayban customer for over 20 years. 2 weeks passed and had not rcv glasses, called and was told to wait another 10 business days. Still did not receive, called back and was told to file a loss form which was basically a affidavit stating that I did not steal the glasses. Did not receive a refund for another 3 weeks. I do not recommend this dealer because of the following: After a deal was made for a KIA Soul, when we returned for them to honor the wheel locks and extra key with remote, Marcus DeAngelis, General Manager, claimed we had to pay an addtional $202 for these accessories. He was trying to renege on the deal by charging for what was owed. Hired Macale to redo bathroom, remove old flooring and install new floor. After 3 days of demo, owner decides to charge an extra $2500.00 for effort because "They installed the old floor correctly". I rented a water slide that stated it was IN STOCK on their website and then I called them to confirm my order after I placed the order online. I also rented a table, and tent and 2 fans as well. She told me then that the slide I ordered online that Flashed in BIG BOLD RED LETTERS "IN STOCK" was not available or in stock. They were late 1 1/2 hrs with the delivery of the bounce house we ordered for the 2 hour birthday party for our 4 year old, yet they still demanded $80 out of the $125 agreed upon for the entire party. I purchased an over the counter cvold medication at Walgreens Drug store. I had taken some of the medication. when i noticed that one of the caplets was broken in half and only part of the caplet was in the blister pack. I imeadiatly stopped taking the product andnotified walgreens drug store. my saturn ion's power steering keeps going out. why have other GM cars that have the same part been recalled, but not the saturn ion. when I have called to complain to customer service they know exactly what the problem is, and said that yes other cars were recalled for this, but not the ion. Currently have a Wells Fargo Health Saving Account. Recently received a letter from them stating they were changing the debit card issuance and reclaiming the three cards we have and re-issuing one card! Since there are 3 of us covered by the HSA plan, of course that makes it inconvenient if one of us needs health care services and do not have the card available. We purchased a French Door Refrigerator (Samsung) from Lowe's. It was the largest size and black gloss. My complaint is not only with Samsung but also Lowe's, as we purchased the extra 4 yr. service plan with them. After the Samsung warranty period ended, I noticed that at the rim of the water/ice dispenser that the black gloss was peeling off. I called this agency in order to obtain an address for making payments towards a debt that they are trying to collect. I was told that I could make a payment but the interest is still being applied (the original loan had the interest already added in) and my payment may not even go towards the debt.
