FrontPoint is a rip off if you have to cancel your monitoring We have to leave the country for three years for my husband's work. Frontpoint says I have to pay $750 to cancel my contract. I am astounded and amazed. I found in small print towards the back of the contract the statement that I have to pay 80% of the remaining term for monitoring if I cancel before three years. TERRIBLE camp for kids over the age of 2! I am 17 years old and I attended this camp assuming, like it said on the website, it would be age oriented for all the ages that attended. I am a senior in high school, almost moving on to college and they make me hold some ones hand as I crossed the street! An agent from Pyramid Life Insurance sold my mother, 83, a supplemental Medicaid policy she didn't need. He took total advantage of her and we've been trying to cancel it since November 2009. Paid for total landscaping, $4, 350.00. Had patio enlarged, dicomposed granite front and side yard, grass in back yard with border. Also, paid for 6 shrubs, 2 trees and 18 ground cover plants. All 18 ground cover plants died. Found out that this landscaper bought the plants at Lowes on clearence. Apparently these plants all got frost bit. I went back to the landscaper and complained. This so called company called on Thursday 6/24/10 and asked if I wanted their credit card they already had my banking info from app I had filled out for a payroll loan. I have an RV that is financed through Thor Credit Corp. My payment is due on the 24th of every month. It is not considered late until the 9th of the following month and a late fee is then accessed. I have NEVER been late on a payment and have never been past or no where near the end of the grace period, therefor I have never had a late payment fee accessed. When I pulled into the bay, the techs working there kind of ignored me and didn't even ask what services I wanted-- I had to deliberately tell them oil change only, no frills-- but the truly horrifying part was when I sat back down in the seat after it was done. I'm a regular here and unfortunately the men's locker room gets FILTHY by the end fo the day. There are towels all over the floor, toilet paper out and dropped on the floor in the stalls, garbage overflowing. There doesn't seem to be any men working here, so there really isn't any way for the employees to check and clean the men's locker room throughout the day. Kenmore Range takes an unreal time to preheat, exceeds 20 minutes to come up to temp. They say it is normal because only oven element preheats and they do not use the broiler element to assist. But it is being wrecked by the disorderly conduct of an elderly argumentative salesman who works there and who has a defiant attitude (as of Nov 2008). I brought my Tacori ring into MJ Christenson on April 24, 2010 to fix the misshaping of the ring as well as replace the lost diamond from the side of the ring.
