They have a strict no returns policy, which benefits them especially when the staff is incompetent. I purchased a pedal for my sewing machine with the help of a salesperson. I tried for weeks to get the pedal to work, without success. When I tried to return the pedal because it didn't ever work, I was told by the salesperson that he couldn't give me anything for it because of their policy. I rarely eat fast food, yet alone fried food. So I usually order grilled chicken sandwhiches. I decided to try McD's and I happen to watch them make it. I bought a new kitchen from Laurysen Kitchens that came in with a significant amount of damage to doors and edge banding. The finish had dust under the paint and paint inconsistent on many of the doors. Allstate puts the value of my vehicle at $2000 less than at fault party and my own research put it at. This was after I suffered a total loss in a car accident that I was not at fault. Then Peachdirect.com after one year went to a different Credit Card company, but I still have a balance on this account so I close it.
