We paid over $1400USD for a custom made BBQ / Grill Outdoor Kitchen Island. This product is so poorly made it could never be used for it's intended purpose. This grill island is supposed to hold a 100 pound builtin bbq/grill head. It was made so poorly it would not support 1 pound, that is the fact, I can lift it with three fingers. We ordered an HP Laser toner that took over a week to get delivered when it was supposed to take 3 days. Then when we received it and placed it in the printer, the cartridge didn't work. We emailed the customer service email several times and never received a response. The phone number was giving an out of service message. This occurred in May and it is now July and we haven't received a replacement. We believe this must either be a company that is no longer in business or a one man operation. They do misleading advertising. First of all most of the products they advertise on their website is more expensive than their competitors like 4allpromos, superiorpromos, pens.com. Then they advertise price guarantee or double the difference. Does it make sense. I called them to give me the double the difference but they said it was not the same products. The owner's Office Manager tries to intimidate people because some of them are Latinos and they do not speak up or fight for their rights. WAl MART left my oil cap off when I got my oil changes 4 weeks ago and I hadnt noticed it until I popped my hood, my AC smelled like oil, but I figured I had a bad filter. I have been continueously calling mediacom customer care officials and have been telling them about the internet service I am subscribed to. I have subscribed to 12 Mbps MediaCom Online services and I never get an internet speed above 5-6 Mbps.. most of the times its less than 3 Mbps. I recently ordered UFC 116 from midcontinent communications with my remote. I went to menu the ppv box and was given 2 options for this event. One option was for Spanish one for english. I chose the english. I own a HDTV and to my surprise the event was not in HD. I then proceeded to the guide and it had the event on HDPPV.
