We received order with a "no questions asked" gurantee that if it didn't work send it back for a full refund. It didn't work was very uncomfortable, so we sent it back but have not received a refund. This is truly a SCAM! I have a copy of return receipt. read full review »
Norma Nelson, HomeSmart Realty, NN Living Life LLC
Norma Nelson, Licensed (SA552895000) with HomeSmart Realty, and Business Owner of NN Living Life, LLC STOLE MY AMERICAN EXPRESS card. She made fraudulent charges which were verified by security cameras. My losses total 5k due to her lies, deceit and theft. Her behavior is a mockery to her mormon religion. Homeowners, buyers, and sellers, dont trust your real estate needs to a dishonest agent. She steals! She really took advantage of me, financially, and emotionally. Not trustworthy. I believe she has stolen from other people as well. read full review »
AccuShow
I signed up for the free 30 day trial showing service and was quoted one price but billed almost double that amount. I canceled the first month. The worst customer service I have ever seen.
You can't speak to anyone live. I think they are in India somewhere because after research the parent company they all have names I can't pronounce.
The billing department doesnt' exist as far as I can tell. They will not let you speak to a live person. You talk to sales they tell you to go through the website and email your... read full review »
Custom Built Personal Trainers
I recently went to the Gold's Gym in Columbus Ga and was approached by a "trainer" to see if I would like to have some techniques taught to me about weight loss and obtaining my long term goals- after my session with this guy, he began his sales pitch for why I needed to spend hundreds of my dollars on his training sessions- Durning this time with him I was told that I would never lose the weight that I needed to lose unless I paid him the 139.00 to start the sessions and 99.00 a month for the next 12 months- I clearly stated that... read full review »
WAYA RENTALS
We took care of the vacation rental like our own. We are extremely clean and meticulous and left the place cleaner than we got it. The owner did not physically inspect the property on departure. We found out a day later that he was retaining our $375 deposit claiming we dirtied the hot tub. Firstly, we did not dirty the hot tub, we used it under normal circumstances and it may have had normal wear and tear. We were told there was feces left in the tub??? We are mature highly educated adults. Secondly, and most importantly, the tub is outdoor... read full review »
1st Place Models
I was hired by 1st Place Models to work the Coverings tradeshow April 27-30 in Orlando, Florida. I was told I would receive my check by the end of May or beginning of June. It is July 6 and I still have not received my check. I have spoken with the other girls I worked the show with and they haven't received their checks either. We have all been contacting the company and they keep giving each of us different excuses as of why they have no paid us yet. This company is a complete joke. DO NOT work for them. This company should be put out of business and the directors should be in jail for fraud. read full review »

We rented and then bought a instrument there. they told us it was new, but actually we were certain that several parts were were scratched, and some parts were missing.
when they showed us th instrument, there was a user manual and warranty in there, but when we got home, we found out that the manual and warranties had been taken away. we went back to ask them, but they denied they took the manual and warranty.

My son had a month-to-month lease for a trombone for school through local music store. The lease was with National Music Funding. After two years and payments on a month-to-month lease totaling close to $600, we returned the instrument and yet still receive bills from Monterrey Financial and their request for another $600! I pulled my copy of the lease and requested their explanation of how they came up with the additional monies owed. The clerk stated it was for a broken lease! I asked how could it be a broken lease for a month-to-month... read full review »

CarCoverGuys
Their ordering system *** you in by telling you the item will ship right away, and then *after* your credit card has been charged, they tell you it will be more like a month.
Then, when you cancel the order, they give you a cancellation confirmation number but go ahead and ship the item anyway, so that it will be next to impossible to get a refund.
When you call them to try to get a refund, they obfuscate and obstruct, saying essentially, "it's just the way our system works, so it's your problem".
STAY AWAY FROM CARCOVERGUYS.COM AND AUTOANYTHING.COM (THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME). read full review »
Weston Kitchens
We recently had a kitchen re-done by Weston Kitchens and it was a huge dissapointment. They made many design and installation errors, and failed to fix them or follow through with what they promised after many attempts to discuss this with them. Our general contractor found many structural or other problems with their designs which he had to fix after the fact at extra expense to us. We thought it would be worth it to "pay more" for better quality service, but we ended up paying a premium price to use this company and getting terrible service. I would not recommend using this company. read full review »
Mundo Corp
This company needs a lesson in customer service. I ordered a laptop battery from Mundo Corp. and it has never worked. I called the "customer" service dept and was that I had to email the repair dept. I did so and was told to wait for a form thru my email. I received the form but after reading it realized that I had to return the battery at my expense and if they found that the battery was not faulty they would charge my credit card a fee and would also charge a restocking fee. I would appreciate it if you would circulate the following as I have been "ripped off" and others will be, by a large U.S. corporation. I think we all resent, as recent years have shown, large companies not really caring about their impact on the so-called "little guys".
I am referring to the GPS mapping company, TomTom, Inc.

workx GT trimmer
The power of this trimmer was very disappointing. It may trim short grass 3 times around a football field as in the TV ad, but in my yard it could not trim the tall grass around posts, under steps, and around areas my lawnmower cannot reach, as it struggled to trim and stay up to power. I still only have done about 2/3 of our yard and it is charging for the 4th time. Also, the tool is too short for my husband to use without leaning over. The reason I thought it would be a good tool for him is because it was supposed to be light weight. But he cannot use it because it causes him to bend over too much. read full review »

United Jewelry buyers of America
Okay 1st things 1st I tried calling them for over a week till they finally called me back, just to tell me the jewelry I sent 2 weeks ago still has not shown up. After that I had to wait an extra 4 days when I finally looked online and their offer was $o.62, I was okay with that, until I went to a pawn shop when I got them back to see if I should have just let them keep it. Glad I didn't because I got $120.00 from the pawn shop. .62 cents and $120.00 is a HUGE price difference, so users beware do some research before going with this company or any other company. read full review »

I contracted with the owner (Esther Dilbert) for their Deep Cleaning Package for my apartment for a fee of $135.
First off, they do not clean all the items stated on this expensive package - some of them very basic things such as the hood of the stove, outside of refrigerator, vacuum under upholstered cushions, dusting blinds. They missed the ceiling fan!, and I had to call them back to redo the kitchen floor and re-vacuum (both of which looked as if they had barely been done). To their credit they came immediately.
