Do not enlist your company to process credit cards through Process America out of California. They charge 10-20% "reserve" funds for 270 days, as stated in their contract. Once their 270 day period is up they will not release your funds no matter how big or how small this has added up to. I have had two windows break in nine years where the glass meets the side of the house. I complained to the main company. They replied that they do not pay for broken glass. On 6/28 I ordered sample of cleanse and told shipping was $3.95 I didn't see any terms that said 48 hours later my card would be charged $169.95. I bought several "MR. AFRICA, MR. MIDDLE EAST" phone cards to call Ethiopia. The automated voice tells me I have 4o minutes but after 21 minutes, the phone gets disconnected. I thought it was just a simple error and used the other cards I had. Same issue. One of their cards only gave me 17 minutes while promising 40 minutes. I called the custumer representative about this issue and they ended hanging up on me. My doctor prescribed Wechol powder packets as an alternative Cholesterol lowering drug and the doctor faxed it into Medco. The prescription arrived in today's mail- $472.73 for a 90 day supply charged to our account. The Welchol tablets are 78.79, had I known the cost difference I would have not had the script filled or gone for the tables. Medco advised their minimum for notifiing a customer is $500.00, way too high in this economy. From now on I will go face to face with my pharmacy rather than the mail-in method. I showed up and was told that there were no sales involved, and that I would be hired for general maintenance and cleaning in their building during the summer. She asked if $400 per week was good.
