I owned my Archos 5 IMT for under a month, when the screen cracked in the corner during the application of a screen protector. I was using a light amount of pressure, just enough to smooth the screen protector. Other people have reported problems with their screens inexplicably cracking during normal use as well, however Archos customer service reported that such a defect was in fact "impossible", and these incidents don't happen. I had the same problem that others have said about what I feel is a fraudelent company, Lean Body Burn. You are supposed to have a 10 day trial, but I received no product within the 10 days. Of course, I was billed 87.47 which I am now disputing since there were no terms of agreement, though they say otherwise. I asked them to send me the terms I supposed "terms" that I signed off on and I got a long song and dance. The two reps that I spoke with were rude, argumentative, and evasive. I went to stratford Career Institute in 2006 i graduated in 2007.When i was going to the school they were claiming to be acredited i paid all that money and spent all that time doing the work thinking i was getting a diploma. I too am having problems and am quite disappointed. Especially, since my purchase was primarily based on Husky's brand reputation. Only 4 uses and 2 seasons later, the gun started to leak. I took it apart, only to find that the molded plastic pipe inside the gun had developed a leak along the molding seam-line. It is quite surprising that a pressure washer gun would develop an internal leak after only 4 uses. I paid the owner of the company for a new liner for my pool as well as a new pump and filter and installation of the items. Several weeks after it was installed I noticed the pump was not working properly. I called the owner and left messages everyday for 3 days on the owners phone and he did not return my calls. I then had to hire another company to check the pump and advise me what was wrong with it because it is not sanitary to leave water in the pool without a working pump or filter. RTACabinetStore.com has their white bathroom vanities listed as "solid wood frame". My vanity arrived broken exposing it as particle board, which is not what I had ordered. I requested a refund which I was told by customer service rep, Jonelle, I would be recieving. However, Gary Nealon, the manager has denied my refund request and is requesting my pay to ship back the item at my cost. I should not have to pay to ship back something I did not order. Recently I placed 2 orders on toysrus.com. One on july 5th and one on july 7th. both orders were submitted before the daily deadline for processing. According to their website the processing time for each order was 1-2 business days. A CSR told me that each order should be packed the day it's ordered and shipped the following day. The first order (placed on July 5th) was not shipped until the end of the day on the 8th. The second order(placed on July 7th) as of now has not shipped. I have e-mailed them through their link but have never gotten a response. The order should have been mailed within 14 days. The amount they took was $75 for the items(3DVDs'). On about May 14, 2010, my wife and I purchased a new 2011 Hyundai Sonota from Central Auto Group in Plainfield CT. According to Hyundai's advertisements, we should have received a $500 rebate/incentive for being a current Hyundai owner. O.D.M Designs USA Is a company that sells watches, you can purchse these watches in the malls, or buy directly from them On their web site they had a watch listed that all you had to pay was the shipping. I purchased two, and paid the shipping my credit card was charged. I received the confirmation email, stating I will receive my order in 2 - 5 business days. This company apparently went out of business shortly after allowing customers to purchase purple gift cards from them. They then started selling black gift cards under the same name. When a restaurant would not allow me to use the purple gift card, I called the company. They said mail it in and they will issue me a new black gift card. I recently had my wallet pickpocketed on a bus. In itwas my TDBank debit card along with all my IDs etc etc. As soon as I realized it was gone I was at my local TD branch stopping my cards and getting new accounts set up. A Judgment was mistakenly entered against our company in the county court. It was subsequently dismissed by the court. I notified Equifax Small Business of the Error, they investigated and found the judgment was dismissed, they sent us a letter on June 4th 2010 notifying us that they were in agreement that the item was dismissed and that our credit file would be updated. We booked a cruise with Viking Cruise Lines on the Danube. The river was in flood stage well before we left for our trip, they were aware of this and by their own admission, "while we did anticipate and plan for minor disruptions, there was no reason to expect anything of the magnitude you experienced.
