I have 4 dogs that I have taken to Petsmart since 2008! The cutting is not very good, but I like the store manager and it is close by! Ever since they started going I have left strict instructions not to cut thier tails cut at all. It is the puppy hair that has been with them since day one! They will promise you the world before you sign up with them, but most likely they will under-deliver (literally and figuratively). If you really must go with them, you have to make sure you get their approximate delivery dates in writing. I didn't, and because I wasn't available to take possession of my belongings on a day well beyond the day and time they'd promised to deliver them, they made me pay an unnecessary storage charge. I have had very unpleasant and unprofessional business here from patient to doctor activities and thoroughness of exams . I often feel they call me in or send to THIS office to make money and waste my time all for me to have to go to the Highlands Ranch to get things right. I purchased an IR repeater system through Amazon.com. The product (made by Empire Digital) was shipped by CEcompass. After I hooked it up it worked sporadically and after 3 days stopped working altogether. After I gave up trying to get it to work I attempted to get a refund. The refund was through CEcompass. There website would not take my request for several days and when it did it said I had passed the 30 refund policy. Amazon deferred to CEcompass for refunds. After being informed that I had signed a 3 yr. contract with a previous security company (also a problem) I spoke with castlerock employee by phone approx. one year ago. They informed me that they had purchased the contract and that I still had one year left. At that time I was informed that I could call them before Aug. 2010 and cancel. Called July 5, 2010 to cancel. This time I was informed that the service had "already auto-renewed". I have never heard of such! They told me that I would have to cancel again before June 23, 2011. I purchashed my vizio TV in 2008 along with the extended warranty. In Jan of 2010 I started having problems with the TV and sent it in for repair. When I recieved it back it was still having preoblems so I sent it back in for repair in June of 2010. The extended warranty center called to tell me that they could not fix the TV and were to replace it with a new one. I recived my new TV about a week ago and it does not work! First and most importantly ... Eagle Windows are top quality and a very fine product! The selling/servicing company, Eagle Windows and Doors of Austin, is horrible to deal with. Eagle windows are top-end, expensive windows. They are selling an inferior excuse for health insurance, claiming that "up to 70% of your co-insurance will be covered". That's probably true in 1 case out of a thousand. In the other cases, you're lucky to get 20% of co-insurance. They sell you that there are really no out of pocket expenses on a hospital stay but what does that really mean to us? Well, on a hospital stay that normally costs $30, 000, we would be liable for $15, 000 or so according to what I've seen. That certainly is not "no out of pocket". BEWARE! After picking it up from my dealer an getting it home, I found that they had sent a "California" kit with 3 10 round magazines. I usually do not answer calls from this area code because I have unfortunately learned that calls form this area code are usually a scam of some sort. I have been taken for over $50, 000 from companies that claim to have a buyer or can sell my timeshare. I purchased my Venture van for one reason, and that was to make things easier on my ill mother. Within one month of purchase I had to take the van in for repairs twice. They never have fixed all of the things wrong with it. A fan has been replaced, but the noise that caused the complaint is still there. Brakes had to be replaced on one the back right passenger side. The store was unbelievably disgusting. It had a nauseating smell to it. There were two dishes on a table full of rotten something! There was a dead, decaying mouse in the restroom and there were flies all over all the fruit they were selling! We ordered fruit from them online and never recieved it even though we had already been charged for it! Purchased a 2003 Lexus RX 300 from Pellini. Approx. 4-5 weeks after purchase car ran out of gas due to a damage sending unit in gas tank that still registered 1/4 tank. This is clearly damage that occured prior to purchase as nothing has been run over or thrown up into tank since purchase. Purchase admittingly was "as is" however it is painfully obvious it did not occur for the month or so we had the vehicle.
