My name is Debi and I never signed up for this service. And they have been charging my debit card $39.95 a month for over 3 months. I tried to contact them, I followed their online instructions and entered the # on my bank statement and that didn't work. So the only way to cancle is to log-in. You can't even get the phone # unless you log in. So I have had to change my bank account and have a new debit card issued. I was able to get there phone number from my bank. I ordered $2300 worth of flooring from Floormall two months ago. The product, when delivered, was destroyed in shipping and I refused the product. I immediately notified Floormall who told me the shipping damage was my problem. After having a small business credit card with Citi business for the past couple years, they have decided to close my $8, 000 credit limit. I have never been late. I owe less than 1/3 of the card. They told me it was due to delinquency. The problem I have is I did have a bankruptcy 4 years prior and am now trying to build my credit. I purchased a chromcraft solid wood table and four chairs ($1800) in December 2009.
