He even denied numerous conditions mentioned in black and white on the agreement! I did ask him to show me where on the agreement are the points he mentioned; he remained silent for this question. He also lied about sending payment after I invoiced him. This convinced me that this person is an absolute fraud. I recently went on this cruise package that we got in the mail for 7-night deal (including 2 nights Fort Lauderdale, 2 nights Bahamas Cruise and 3 nights in orlando ). I waited two weeks for service to repair a leaky dishwasher. The servive rep said that the leak was coming from a connection to the faucet and could not fix it because it was a plumbing issue. They try to get you to buy the special, "buy 2 get 2 free" for $159. I bought only one bottle for $90 and it never arrived but the credit card was charged a day after order time. The "risk-free trial" is also a scam in that the 30 day trial starts at order time, not arrival time. They claim it takes "around" 2 weeks to ship. After 32 days, no shipment. Customer Service is very difficult to get through and if you do, they refuse to cancel the shipment or refund money unless you return the pills (which I never got).
